What's included in the 99.95% SLA?+
The SLA covers availability of
/inventory, /price, /deliver and webhook delivery. Downtime counts when an endpoint returns 5xx for over 60 sec. For cumulative downtime over 4 hours / mo we refund 30% of the monthly commission volume on request.How are settlements made and in which currencies?+
You top up the balance in USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), BTC, ETH, TON or via a crypto gateway from a card. Charging happens at the moment of a successful delivery. No holds, no blocking. All transactions — in your dashboard, the period report — in CSV / JSON / API.
I'm not a legal entity, can I connect?+
Yes, as a solo developer / individual you can too. There's a limit of $10K GMV / mo for individuals; above that — you need to open a legal entity in any convenient jurisdiction (Cyprus / Estonia / UAE / Seychelles — we'll help). KYC takes 1-2 days.
What if an item doesn't reach the client?+

delivery.failed webhook with the reason (Steam block, wrong trade URL, recipient declined). The item's cost is instantly returned to the balance, we make 3 retries with intervals and escalate to a manager. The non-delivery rate is < 0.4% / quarter.Can I get custom terms?+
